Ringkasan:
One day Prophet Elisha went to a small village called Shunem. There was a wealthy woman who asked Elisha to have some foods at her house. She believed in God and regarded Elisha as the man of God. She provided a room for Elisha to stay whenever he passed by. Elisha asked what she requested in return but she was content and did not ask anything. Elisha prophesied that she would give birth to a son the following year. The prophesy came true and she bore a son the following year. However, when the child had grown up, he suddenly fell ill and died. The Shunammite woman went to find Elisha and Elisha eventually raised him back to life. The Shunammite woman has put her faith in God.
There are few points which children have learned from this story:
1. Christians who put faith in God may still face sadness.
2. When you are sad, come to God and express your sadness to God in prayers.
3. In times of difficulty and sadness, faithful Christians should not run away from God but run to God.
4. God use difficulty and sadness in our lives to grow our faith in Him
